BARBELL CLUB - A strength and conditioning class using only the barbell.
In this class, you will learn and refine the Olympic and Power lifts, whilst building barbell specific strength and power. Each session will finish with a high-intensity barbell workout, to challenge and improve your conditioning, control, and strength endurance. No fancy machines, just you and the bar.
