Welcome to Falmouth Schools New Community Sports Hub which is an integration of school use and community use. Evolve gym contains a members only gym area and Multi use fitness studios used by both the Evolve gym to run classes and the schools PE department for the students of Falmouth School.

At Evolve you will find brand new state of the art functional fitness & cardiovascular equipment, in an open spacious environment, with incredible views across Falmouth.

Much more than any old gym, our facility boasts a great range of equipment including, but not limited to, free weights from 5kg - 35kg, barbell plates up to 25kg, a rig & cable machine, as well as a range of the best cardiovascular equipment to get you working up a sweat.

You will always find one of our professional instructors on site to help with all your fitness needs; we pride ourselves on being not only knowledgeable but friendly & approachable.

Newly completed in September 2018, The Hub features Evolve, a brand new state of the art functional training gym with fitness studios, as well as a full size floodlit 3G pitch, a viewing balcony, coffee & juice bar, changing facilities and much more.

The Hub is a unique & welcoming environment where everyone can comfortably train whatever their ability. Our new & exciting facility has been designed to serve the community; our aim is to increase participation in sport & fitness activities, & therefore improve health and exercise levels.  We offer quality, affordable fitness facilities for all ages & abilities, to help keep you leading a healthy active lifestyle.
